

300gms Chocolate
10 small apples
Wooden Skewers
Multi coloured
sugar strands - Hundreds and Thousands

Method
1. Line baking tray
with buttered waxed paper, set aside.
2. Break up chocolate
into pieces and place in heat proof glass bowl over medium saucepan
with water.
3. Cook over medium
heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts.
4. Cool slightly whilst
preparing the apples.
5. Rinse and dry
apples.

6.
Insert skewers into apples.
7. Dip each apple in
chocolate and coat apples.
8. Sprinkle on some
sugar strands and place on prepared sheet.
9. Refrigerate until
firm.
