1lb Carrots 3 Leeks 1lb Potatoes Salt & Pepper 2 litre water Chicken stock cube Grated Cheshire cheese Cup of oatmeal
1. Wash the vegetables and then peel them using the vegetable peeler.
2. Carefully chop the vegetables into small pieces using the sharp knife. Be very careful when using the knife!
3. Put the stock in a large saucepan and boil.
4. Add the vegetables to the stock and mix together.
5. Lower the heat to simmer and cover for 15 minutes.
6. Grate the carrot and scrape the oatmeal into the saucepan and mix together.
7. Then cover and simmer for 15 more minutes.
8. When the soup is ready, stir in the cheese and cover for a few minutes.
9. Then stir and ladle into bowls to serve.
We liked the soup very much!
Equipment used: Sharp Knife Vegetable Peeler Chopping Board Grater Cup Plate & bowl Colander & saucepan Spoon

100g Carrots 100g Dhal 100g Leeks 50g Rice 100g Beans 100g Spinach 100g Cabbage 100g Potato 50g Tomato 12 cups of water Salt Pepper
1. First clean off all the vegetables and wash them well.
2. The cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
3. Next put all the vegetables into a pot
4. Then add 12 cups of water.
5. After that, boil it about 30 minutes.
6. Next add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Finally put the soup into another dish and serve.
Soup is ready!!
